Specification
1.Open : Start a pump without load delay 10s, YV1 anh YV2 get electricity. The pressure oil goes into the two rod  cavity via the directional valve 25.1 anh the speed control valve 18.1 18.2. The oil in no rod cavity goes into the tank vio the pressure relief valve 26.2
2. Closing gate running pump without load for 10s, YV1, YV3 get electrified, preeure oil open valve 35.1, 35.2 oil in rod cavity enters into no rod cavity via valave 28.1 ,18.2 meanwhile preessure oil compensate oil to non rod cavity via valve 10.3, the oil pressure is 1 Mpa
3. Sysnchronouns control –during opening anh closing the gate, the stoke detect equiment detects both of the two stroke of cylinders. When the warp value is bigger than 10 mm, adjust the electromagnelic directional valve automaticcally to realize synchrenization till the value is less than 5mm. If te warp value is bigger than 20mm, the hydraolic system stop automatically and send out alarm signal
4. when the gate drop to 100mm, the control eqiupment starts one pump the rise the gate to fomer opening pesiton when the gate drop to 150mm, the control equipment starts standy pump to the gate to fomer opening pesition and send out alarm signal
5. Protecting system on hydraulic system : pressure of system is overrun when sp1 send out signel warning and stopping for examming pump is unconventionality when sp2 send out signal warning and stopping for examning and starting te standby pump pressure of non rod cavity is overrun when SP3 send out signal waring and stopping for examning. Pressure of rod cavity is overlow when SP4 and SP5 send out signal warning and stopping for examning
6. electric control on oil tank: the filter is plugged whenCS1 send out signal warning cleaning or exchanging filter. Tank level is too high when LL1 send out signal, warning and stopping for examning
Tank level is too low when LL2 send out signal warning and stopping for examning
Temperature detect output 4- 20mA, When the temperature is less than 5 means temperature is too low
When the temperature is targer than 55, means the temperature is too hot sound and light alarm will be send out and stop pump to examine when the temperature is lager than55, means the temperature is too hot sound and light alarm will be send out and stop pump to examnine
7. SQ1, SQ2, SQ3, SQ4 are limit switches
8. hydraulic oil choose YB N46
9. control power of oil the electromagnet vavle is 24DC
